Laurick and Kim have bought and sold several properties. During one loan closing, a mobile notary came to their home to witness and notarize their loan documents. The Notary was late, disorganized, and could not answer simple questions about the signing. Kim told Laurick, “I think we could do a better job than that and treat our clients far better.” Having both retired from careers in public service, they understood the importance of the core values of Integrity, Respect, and Service.

Building on those values, Virtual Notary Network was born.  In our first few months, we conducted more than 300 signings. Since then our signings have grown exponentially. We handle loan closings, business contracts, health care surrogate declarations, wills, revocable living trusts, powers of attorney, and many other documents requiring, authentication, verification, and/or notarization.
